Pleasant experience in Cape Town :)

Initially, it was tough getting regular contact and responses from them but I understand that things have not been the same during our lockdown.

Honestly, I was really nervous about going for my procedure because it's such an intimate process and it was my very first time. I prayed that the nurse dealing with me would be kind and gentle, and she was! I was with Marisa, and she spoke clearly and worked efficiently. That day things were a bit rushed due to a shortage of staff, but even amidst that, Marisa was very kind to me. It can be quite an awkward procedure, but she really never showed any signs of awkwardness, which made me feel very comfortable and safe. I would definitely visit this branch again!
