Pathetic Service during my 6 week IUD checkup

Had an appointment booked for Monday 12th July 2021. I drove approximately 150km to get to the center, I even took a day off for my 6 week IUD checkup. When I got to the Mitchell's Plain centre they had closed their doors and no one attended to me or even filled me in on what was happening, even though I had a 2pm reservation (and I arrived at 2pm sharp). Long story short, I had to call the call centre, using my own airtime to find out why Marie Stopes was closed. And the receptionist/call centre I spoke to was clueless and could not give me direct answers. I spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with her while she was trying to figure out why they had closed. I was still not satisfied with the answer and she told me she would double check the information and get back to me.

My appointment for that day was rescheduled for the 17th July 2021 at the Rondebosch centre for 9am. Again, I drove from 150km and arrived 10 minutes before 9am. Only to find out they had overbooked; 7 patience booked for 9am with only 2 nurses on duty. Only about 2 people were assisted during that slot. I am still sitting here waiting to be helped 2 hours later. Seriously, ***!!!

The service from Marie Stopes has been pathetic!!! I am not impressed at all. And I would never recommend Marie Stopes because of that.
