Not timeous, rude and unprofessional staff

I had the worst experience at the MS Pretoria branch. Firstly my booking was for 07:30 but the centre only opened at 8. I only got to see the doctor at 9:41. The doctor was so rude and very impatient. I actually walked out of the examination and told him that for the amount of money I was expected to pay for their services, I wasnt going to take anymore of his rudeness and impatience with me as a paying patient. I called in to book an a appointment at a different centre in Gauteng and I was informed that the same doctor works at their other branches so I told him I refuse to be helped by that doctor and opted for a different clinic altogther. @MS if your staff is going to treat us like **** for a paid for service, then you can miss out on patients like me.
