No Sick note from the Centre

I am happy with the overall service I received from the nurse. Very professional and know what she is doing. However in not happy about the fact that I was told your Center's only provide an attendee certificate. And that they can't even write a sick note so for me. This information I got from your call centre as I forgot to ask for a sick note after consultation. The Nurse called me and said if I need to get a sick note I'll have to go to a GP. This is ridiculous. I was on my periods for over a month . I am feeling fainty and I know your centre would understand and help me to resolve my problem. It's not like your services are free. Worse of all, the medical aid declined the claim for the follow up consultant. I pay for you to see me and then I must go to a GP to book me off. You need to relook at this because its not right
