No refund and incompetence
I filled in a refund form at the Rondebosch centre on the 4th of January 2021 and was told that this take 10-14 days to process. It's been 3 weeks of back and forth and I am yet to be refunded. When I call the centre I am told that the matter has been escalated and on the 25th of January, I was assured that I will receive my full refund on the 28th of January. Still nothing!!
