My cry for my R1800

IAM STRUGGLING TO GET MY REFUND by A HEALTH CARE i trusted,I took the decision to start using Marie stopes last year, this year 2020 July 15 I made my second booking and pay online unfortunately it happened I became so sick and I had to cancel(personal) , I did sign my refund form with proof of payment and send back but now Iam told I won’t get my money back until I prove to them I was sick indeed hence I have cancelled my appointment, they are forcing me to reveal my personal health information written by a Doctor for me to get my own money back, Iam not happy at all this information I was told only because I called them on a date I was suppose to get my money! i
