I Decided to call Marie Stopes on Thursday (05 April 2018) and someone at the call center gave me the direct number for the soweto branch. Immediately after receiving the number I called the soweto branch and I spoke to the receptionist explaining my situation she quickly put me through to the sister who was working there and I explained to her what my problem was and she said I should check them carefully and if I am not finding them I can come to the clinic the next day at 12h30, I then explained to her that I can't come tomorrow because I will be working instead can I come on Saturday? And she agreed and I asked her about the time she said the same time which is 12h30. Then today I got to the clinic and the clinic was closed and the receptionist said to me on Saturdays they close at 12h30 and that was the time the Sister said I should come, I tried explaining to her my situation but she said she can't help me because she has already sent the report and she took me to the Sister only to make a mockery out of me as if I am crazy to say the Sister told me I should be there at 12h30...and she started laughing as if I was lying saying I should come back on Monday at 08h30, what if the IUD goes into my other organs because no one was bothered about the pains I've got and my health... The best decision I thought I took could end up being something that ****s me. I felt so helpless because if the Sister had told me to come at 08h30 instead 12h30 I wouldn't be feeling this way because what if Monday is too late and I would have to do an operation something that could have been avoided
