****med me my money. Refusing with my refund.

I just got ****med R4950. I came in and was told to rebook. They told me to pay an additional R5960 on top of the R4950 that I had already paid. This is obviously too much and I can’t afford it so I request for a refund. They are saying that they will only give me R****ack from my R4950??? And they did nothing.
