I went in for for a Copper-T insertion, paid 1.4K, no check up or sonar or anything. They just inserted some plastic stick that was hitting my wall and was told they can’t proceed to insert the copper T because my uterus is short. I asked that they can give me the copper T device as it has not been opened so I can take it to my gynaecologist to do the insertion for me since I’ve paid for it and I was told that they can’t do that, I asked for the refund since I didn’t receive the services I paid for and they told me that too won’t happen.
