Marie Stopes is the pits!!

I went to the Marie Stopes Diepkloof Branch on 01 October 2019 for a Pap Smear. That became the worst clinical decision of my life!!! I paid R4500 thinking it will be a huge relief to receive my results within a week. The Pap smear was horrific, I experienced pain throughout and the nurse was aloof even when she changed the testing equipment. No emotional support nor explanation for my terrible pain. I was in tears the whole time. Then the test results didn't come back in the week. I called the Call Centre several times and they could offer no explanation as to why I hadn't received my results, each consultant would tell me they noted my complaint. I kept going to the Centre only to be told that Neurberg Global Labs had not sent them and they can't get a hold of 'the lady there'. I had to see my results on the screen after I asked to view them!!! If you are considering Marie Stopes, rather save that money to go directly to a Professional or if you can wait a little longer, the local clinic. The services at Marie Stopes are not worth a cent of your money!!Their purported care is an absolute lie! They just care about money. Never and never again.
