Marie Stopes bad customer service

I’ve been trying to get out through to make a booking since Monday and today is Friday. They’re very *********** and don’t care for the urgency of your matter. I have messaged them daily since Monday and I’ve been going around in circles. I’m not happy with this at all because this place was recommended by someone it’s sad that it’s a let down
