Lucky number

As I write this, I'm bawling my eyes out. I gathered the courage and money to get and early ******** at the ghandi square clinic. Guess im the lucky one in-a-million. Still pregnant !!!! What do I do, where do I turn too ??? The lady at the call centre said she couldnt help me cos I don't have the receipt of my previous appointment, saying I would have to pay for the full amount all over again. So does my first payment go towards a charity fund because the job was not done ??? Yes I'm angry and frustrated. I'm leaving this baby at your doorstep cos I cannot afford or support this.
