IUD Copper- Ghandi Square

I’m not happy with the service I received at the Ghandi square branch The appointments are pointless, they work on a first come first serve basis…I had to wait for over an hour to be attended

I inserted my IUD copper in December 2022, I went for my follow up appointment & was told the loop has moved and I will need to monitor it for about 6 months and will have to remove it The loop was meant to be for a period of 5 - 10 years & it’s only been 11 months, now I’m told the removal is R590 & and another insertion will need to be made for R550 There is no warranty & they are not taking accountability whatsoever

The possibility of it moving / shifting was not communicated/ discussed with me before the insertion was done
