Inconsiderate of patients time sensitivity.

Absolutely appalled at the lack of consideration they have for the time slots and appointments that are scheduled! Especially when patients are time sensitive with regards to privacy, home and work environment. They did not call on time and after calling multiple times half an hour later they still could not advise what time they would call even though I was meant to be the first appointment for the day. They couldnt even let me know when the manager would be available for me to lay a complaint. This consultation is mandatory in order for me to get the medication that I already paid for and they won't even issue it without the consultation! The last time I went through to them they issued the medication without any consultation at all so I don't understand how this is suddenly a problem! Honestly very upsetting so much so that when they called for the consultation I didn't feel comfortable enough to speak to them openly and ask the questions or feel safe that they have my best interests at heart. Not happy. Horrible experience.
