I was sent an incorrect bill that made zero since stating incorrect prodecure codes

I was sent an incorrect bill that made zero since stating incorrect prodecure codes. I am being held liable for payment of something i have no clue about. Making claims of having contacted me to resolved this said outstanding payment, which is a complete lie! I have not received any email or call from these people! And on top of that, an immense violation of patient/doctor confidentiality and a violation of the POPI act! Very unprofessional! Would not recommend.
