I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP

I went to Marie Stopes Gandhi Square Branch on the 23rd of June 2018 and arrived at 10:15 or so. I stood in line and waiting room and then at 12:30, I was told the IUD that I went to insert was finished, meaning they were stock out. it took them 2 hours to distinguish that after I had paid in full. They made me fill out a refund form and told me that I would be refunded by the 30th because they do their refunds on Fridays. Tuesday, the 3rd of July, I had not received my refund and I called them only to be told by the admin that I should call in the next day. Cool, Wednesday, the 4th, I call then I am told that the admin lady is off that day and the lady who answered said I should call back by 15:30. I did that and the call remain unanswered till today, the 6th of July 2018.
