How much longer should I wait still???

I went to Marie Stopes on the 11 Dec 2017 to have my Mirena removed but after payment and consultation I was told that it could not be removed and that I would only be charged for the consultation and no the service. I had paid R220 by card, they said they would only charge me R80 for the consultation and that I would be paid back R140 into my account, to date I am still waiting for the consultation. No one calls to advise and on calling I am promised payment the very next Friday. This is ****!!!
