Horrible service

No sense of sensitivity for patients going through a difficult and emotional time.

Made snarky comments about how I should have been more careful

Gave me the medicine I needed and sent me home without telling me a lot of what I would go through

Couldn’t go to work the following day because I was in too much pain to walk, wasn’t informed of this and was told I would be fine

When asking for a doctors note I was told I should have thought about it prior, but wasn’t aware I would need rest and time off.

Wasn’t given counselling and wasn’t given a follow up date to make sure everything worked

Had to organise my own counselling and follow up at a different clinic.
