I visited the port Elizabeth branch!

I was suspicious at first because the majority of the Facebook comments were extremely nasty. I wasn't sure I wanted to go through with it. However, when I went in for the IUD removal, the nurses that assisted me were quite friendly, and the facility was very clean. Last year, I went to the EL branch for an IUD checkup. My main issue was that I had to wait for my appointment for nearly 2 hours. I only had to wait 10 minutes in PE. Everything went smoothly, and the nurse walked me through the entire process. I couldn't give it a perfect score. So the problem is that, as I previously indicated, I was removing the mirena and had paid roughly R550 prior to the session as suggested by the consultant via WhatsApp. However, I was told it would be significantly more expensive that day, but when I showed them our communication, they agreed to allow me go forward with the procedure.
