Good service at Rondebosch branch

Called them on Monday and requested an appointment for Wednesday morning to remove my IUD, the lady at the call center said they were fully booked but she managed to slot me in. I made the EFT payment Monday afternoon & received a confirmation sms immediately. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment & was expecting to spend the whole day waiting but I was attended to immediately. I was assisted by a male nurse, Wikus, he removed my IUD & talked me through the entire process, was very friendly and didn't rush even though they were busy. I also just want to highlight how clean the waiting room was as well as the procedure rooms & toilets, Covid protocols were adhered to , I felt 100% safe. Thank you so much for the excellent service
