Ghandi Square Nightmare

Unprofessional staff who do not communicate with those looking for the service. Ghandi square is the worst Marie stopes there is.. they say there is a waiting time of 1hr but I have been waiting for nearly 3hrs.. what is the point of making an appointment at 7:30amwhen the nurse tells you you can be there till 4:30pm? Language barrier and attitude when u ask the nurse what is going on. There is no privacy and nurses have open discussions about your case in front of a room full of 25 others waiting. We are all grouped together in nothing but gowns, and are all in one room receiving the same treatment..? Where is the professionalism? The privacy?? It's devasting enough to make the decision to come use the facilities, only to be rewarded with African time.. rude staff members and having no clue as to what is next in the procedure.. UNTRAINED RUDE STAFF.
