Impeccable service at the Sandton branch. Nurses were polite and gave special care to each patient. Every question was answered with patience and with as much detail as possible. The entire staff was calm and lighthearted, and it reflected in the atmosphere. The health centre is incredibly clean and hygienic - it is also easy to find your way around as rooms are labelled. You generally wouldn’t expect gentle laughter and a feeling of safely in an environment such as this, but Marie Stopes Sandton truly eased my reservations about the South African health care system. A special mention to nurses Nosipho and Kgomotso, and Dr. Geldenhuis for their superb hospitality and nerve-calming conversation.
