First come, first serve

The clinic is beautiful and clash. The receptionist is nice however, I waited 1.5hrs to be seen, I almost rescheduled. The appointment system is useless, you just join the queue and get helped in that chronological order. Ultimately it's first come, first serve. Also, too many forms to fill.
