I live 310 kilometers away from East London which is the closest town to me on Thursday morning 07/12/2023 had appointment with the time 9am ath 08h45 I was there but only to find out they were already fully book for the day as the Doctor can only see 12 people a day and we were more than that a very friendly lady called Mihlali tried to explain that they won't be able to assist us because they have already took 12 people in the frustration in her face having to face people's complaints my question was why was that information not communicated before because we wouldn't have wasted our time and petrol coming as we were coming but her hands were tied because other bookings were done online like mine I blame the person that is doing the bookings we had to travel back because we had appointment only for the 14/12/2023 again had to drive another 310killomiters I feel like your system Is very poor when it comes to service atleast it should detect when it's fully book

Other than that would like to share a word of gratitude with the lady that is doing admin Mihlali she is a people's person her personality is out of this world she understand people's frustration and she is always friendly ow she is a sweetheart if I must say keep up the good work Mihlali
