Failed Vasectomy at Marie Stopes Ghandi Square

I went to Marie Stopes Ghandi Square last year in June to get a vasectomy done. The service at the clinic was good and the staff were very friendly. Then boom, this year I found out that i was still fertile when my partner and I conceived unexpectedly!! Did tests and the tests confirmed that the procedure done at Ghandi Marie Stopes went well on the left vas but had failed one the right vas. The results were sent to Dr Dhlamini who called and was very helpful. Have had many engagements with him and the call center to remedy the fact that i am still fertile. The call center logs calls and nothing is done. I have sent messages to directly to Dr Dhlamini and there is now total silence. Do not know what to do to get the matter attended to anymore as i have been patient from May 2020.
