Don't touch them
They are seriously overpriced on their contraceptive pills, Dischem is literally half the price. I have paid in advance and they could not tell me that there is a national shortage of this pill. I was promised a call with regards to when I can fetch it from them and have heard nothing. Its been 3 weeks and the window for starting the pill has passed for another month now. AND ON TOP OF IT ALL!!!!!!! The staff then also tried to encourage my teenage daughter to start keeping more secrets from me so she can sleep around and have an ******** without telling me.

02 Sept 2020, 08:32We went to the Sandton branch on 25 July. I went back on 29 August to get my money back, told them I had her on a different pill to the one I asked them for, and then, they tried to give me yet another pill which she now is not on. I am not changing her contraceptive because they can't do their ****** jobs
