DISGUSTING SERVICE AND PERFECT AT WASTING PEOPLES TIME

Absolutely poor service. I booked an appointment with the Call centre for the 2nd of Sept to collect the Yaz pill at the Rondebosch branch. When I arrived at the branch I made payment for the pill only to be told AFTERWARDS that they don't have stock. I called the Call centre again to find out if there is stock and they said there is I should go there on the 9th of Sept only to find there is NO stock AGAIN when I get there. With all the things happening to woman of late, and reading the bad service Marie Stopes gives is so disappointing. This centre is meant to help woman not make us feel helpless and waste our time. I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK, I PAID R500 FOR A SERVICE I DIDN'T RECEIVE. YOUR SERVICE IS REALLY APPALLING AND IT'S DISGUSTING THAT YOU DON'T TAKE YOUR CLIENTS SERIOUSLY. I AM CURRENTLY OUT OF THE PILL AND OUT OF POCKET. GIVE ME MY MONEY SO THAT I CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
