Disgusting behaviour and blatant disrespect

I’m absolutely disgusted by the unprofessional behaviour at the Sandton branch. I had an appointment set up for the 06-05-2025 for IUD removal. This was scheduled a week before. I get a call on the day, 30 minutes before my appointment to be casually told that my appointment is cancelled because the person who renders the service is not in. I should come the following day. How? What was the set appointment for? Why was asked to pay if they weren’t sure? I took time off work for this. Day wasted and I should understand this ridiculous postponement and blatant disrespect of my time. Now I have to go out of my way to get my refund. A form was supposed to be emailed, I’m still waiting. I don’t have time or energy for this nonsense.
