Disappointed!! Will never use this service again.

Hey,

I went to Marie Stopes on the 28 of February 2020 for a women wellness. Was told I would receive my test results for my pap smear the next Tuesday.

Nobody has contacted me.

I reach out to them on Facebook and was told they would get back to me. Still nothing.

I eventually called there customer care line and asked for Marie stopes branch contact number at Rondebosch medical centre.

I called Marie stopes at Rondebosch medical centre. The phones just rang. I called them this Saturday. Got through and was told they have my results a nurse will call me back to give them to me. Still nobody has called me back.

I'm disheartened and upset at this point because I paid for a service. They took my money but can't complete a service? It's been almost 3 weeks now and nothing.
