Cold, rushed and unempathetic.

They are quite quick in bookings and the payment process for the treatment however:

- The treatment is rushed and insensitive (Nurse was rushing for lunchtime and didn't explain in detail what she'd be doing); - The nurse laughed at my predicament and was busy on her phone majority of the time; - While I was undressing another nurse just walked into the room; - After getting my blood works results I was informed to call in for my prescription however after 5 calls in 4 days and being told daily that I'd receive my prescription, I'm yet to receive my prescription, only to be told on the 5th call that there's a backlog on the doctor's end. - When you call, there's no feeling of empathy and just general coldness from the agents whereas we go to Marie Stopes to be comforted.
