BECAREFUL OF NURSES AT MARIE STOPEZ ! (********)

This was the most traumatic experience ever. The nurses handled me completely unprofessionally. The doctors information from the scan and the nurses information from the scan was contradicting. The doctor informed me I was 10 weeks multiple times yet the nurses continuously INSISTED I was more than 12 weeks yet I know this is false and therefore forced me to pay extra for the doctors to perform the procedure which the doctor didn’t even do. I feel so shaken by the way the nurses spoke to me and the professionalism overall. I had arrived at 7am and only got the procedure done at 4pm and I think this is because I had confronted them about wanting unnecessary extra money from me. I was the first person to arrive and the last person to leave. I realised along with other patients that if you question them for coming up with unnecessary extra expenses you get treated with hostility by the nurses. I would never ever want to return to an establishment like this ever in my life and I would not recommended it to even my worst enemy. I’m so heartbroken that I was treated like I went ro a government hospital and that I had begged for them to do this procedure for free.
