Bad service

I've been trying to get a booking for loop insertion with married stopes in Capetown for the past 3 months in January i called and a lady told me she will call me as soon as she gets availability confirmation from Ronderboch medical center,she didn't call me and the following month,I called and they told me I need to be on my periods so I waited for another month,I called again and the lady said they will call me when they get confirmation and I opted to wait on the line baring in mind my previous experience and luckily I got a date and made payment same time. Today is my appointment date and I'm getting a call saying they don't have stock. do i wanna cancel the booking and get refunded or wait for their call when they have stock. I mean I already took a day off from work only to receive this call at the last minute.
