Bad Rushed Service on IUD insertion

MARIE Stoeps Pretoria, Bad Service. The Nurse who assisted me rushed my whole treatment an she told me that she has a patient that seriously needed her attention because she had to go to surgery , she could have just left me till 4pm (she says this while she is in the process of inserting the IUD, )one thing that bothered me even worse is that the was this other lady with us in all the consuIation room so no privacy was given and they dont even explain what the other lady is doing there,put in IUD 6 weeks ago had pains and some beeding , I thought the bleeding would stop but it got worse started as spotting which is normal as its said but 2 -3weeks of the IUD insertion I felt horrible pain every day /night so I went there without an appointment to check out what might be the problem , I was tured back and told that I did not have an appointment they cant help me . So I went to my GP they Checked for it to see if they can remove it, My Gp couldn't find the string he said the nurse had cut them to short to even pull it out , I went for an X-Ray it appeares that it had move deep inside my body that's why I had all these pains any bleeding . I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there especially after worst service .Mind you we pay for their services and they treat us like we dont matter . Mxm
