Bad customer service

Marie stopes doesn't even deserve a rating! I am extremely disgusted in the service I have received since booking my second appointment the first one was a breeze. Friday 5the March I had an appointment scheduled for 3pm at Marie stopes hout bay the nurse got sick. No communication was communicated I spoke to 3 agents that could move my appointment after phoning for the 4th time a agent then tells me that nurse was booked sick since 10am and my appointment was for 3pm. She gave me so much attitude over the phone and screaming who does that? Marie stopes what customer service does your people present? When I asked for her name she went slient not even apologizing.

If I knew I would be treated like this I would never consider using Marie stopes.
