AWFUL SERVICE FOR RIDICULOUSLY HIGH PRICES

I booked for the surgical suction procedure for the 18th of December 2019 and a call centre agent booked me for 15:30 pm. When I got to the centre the rude nurse told me the procedure can't be done because it's too late they are closing I must come back the next day and that was after I paid the R700 booking fee. My procedure was done on the 19th after paying an extra R1400 and the nurse gave me pamphlets and told me to contact the call centre ONLY if I experience problems because according to her the procedure went very well. On the 10th of January I started having a smelly discolored discharge so when I called the centre as advised by the nurse I was told I need to pay another R700 for a check up! So I asked her why I have to pay because it's not my fault that the nurse never told me to come for a check up within 12 weeks and she couldn't give me an answer so she said she will escalate the matter to the manager Megan who would then call me back, it's been 3 days and I have not received a call. I feel R2100 is a lot of money to be given such a poor service and unfair treatment and this is my health that Marie Stopes is gambling with.
