Appauled by the lackadaisical service of Marie Stopes

i had a follow up appointment with Marie Stopes Ghandi square,i arrived a few minutes early only to get to the office and realize they were closed as security informed me,but the staff was inside the branch and i was told to come back the next day,i however could not return the following day because i have a job,i called the call center to which the agent assured me that the branch was not closed,she said she would contact them and call me back,iam still awaiting their call,while standing outside the building a few other patients arrived,whilst we were standing there trying to figure out what was happening the Marie Stopes Ghandi square staff were leaving the building through the back entrance and nobody bothered to speak to us,a few hours later after i had left i got and sms saying the branch is closed i should reschedule and appointment.This pathetic service that i have ever encountered,i understand staff was concerned about the riots etc,but the area was quiet,So the next day i proceeded to contact the call center again and i was offered another appointment for a date and time that suites them. I'am a very dissatisfied customer and i need this to be fixed at a time and date that suits me
