*********** Admin Staff- Very poor service

I have been fighting for my refund for cash payment I had made .this is after my medical aid paid and settled for the cost in full . The admin staff seem to be very *********** and not know what is going on . I have to call everyday to ask for status of the refund and the feedback has been inconsistent. I have provided proof of receipt and medical aid statements to prove that medical aid has paid . However I am still asked for the same information over and over which goes to show that the request has not been processed . In the same breath MS will not assist people without payment , they need to also treat my request urgently . I am being delayed and inconvenienced because of such . It is even difficult to claim from my medical aid which would have paid within 3 days and I would avoided all of this back and forth , they cannot provide me with a statement for my visit and services rendered.
