Marie does not respond to correspondence or calls

Marie Smit is a registered draughtswoman. I had plans drawn up by her for an outbuilding at my home. I paid her R2000. I need a few small changes made for which I am prepared to pay. My building has come to an abrupt stop because she has not returned my calls, emails and sms's. I do not know if she proposes to make changes or if I should have plans drawn up from scratch again by another draughts person because I cannot reach her.
