Pathetic service

Useless support. I paid for my order and I didn't receive the sms pin, I was asked to forward POP after which the casual support person manning the whatssapp told me it will be sorted in 24 to 48 hrs. That was it pretty much and I'm on day 3 day. Never transacting with these clowns again!
