Inconsistent and non fulfillment of services - over 7 months of waiting for a matter to be handled

I found out about the firm on my google searches and called and inquired if they could assist me with a judgement issue on my bond. They requested for payment and then full payment once the matter was being handled. I made full payment as i didn't want to have payment delays to restrict or hinder the process as explained.

The attorney was and is constantly either in court or ill since, with every effort i have been the only one pushing and requesting for updates , only when i chased up they would come back to me with some story or no court dates or the attorney is off sick or family issues. They have been promising to resolve and stating that the matter was with the courts and we are awaiting court dates , which whenever they were meant to attend something always came up.

the administrator is the only individuals you get and they get instructions from the so called attorney. I was last told in September 2017 that the attorney would be sending out letters to all credit bureu agencies to initiate the recinging process and that would take 2 weeks , law and be hold , today 10/10/2017 , after waiting and the 2 weeks having past , i get a call from the office to tell me , non of that was done as the attorney was ill, baring in mind i didn't receive any confirmation of this prior, then suddenly she will be closing the practice , tell me this doesn't sound like the biggest **** EVER??!! Now i am being assured yet again that she will finalize my matter by the 30th of October 2017. For me this is the worst service ever, especially from a legal institution that has had success in such matters and has raving reviews from previous clients.

This company should be investigated and clients need to be weary of how they operate.
