Customer Service is Terrible!

I am so disappointed in this service that I received from these people. Or actually no service... They were recommended by a friend as they were fast and reliable (according to her, all was finalised in a matter of two weeks). Me and my fiancé went there for our contract in the beginning of July this year, we did it very early so that there will be no delays. We called and emailed numerous times to find out when can we get our contract as it has been already 4 months! The best part of all was that we did not get any response via email, but one of my friends emailed her, and they responded immediately, confirming that they are ignoring our requests. They keep on saying that they will follow up and give us a call, but I have to call them, and still did not do anything to resolve our problem, giving lame excuses on why they didn't follow up. They keep telling us there's a backlog, but we didn't even get a call explaining to us what was going on or how long this process is going to take. This is really the worst service that I have ever received! So disappointed. I will never recommend anyone to do anything through them!
