Greatly dissapointed

I completely lost my trust in Marica Salon Specialists . on 4 August 2017 I drove 60km to visit their show room and to make some purchases. I bought the following items but received different items instead: A trimmer - received a Clipper, black non latex gloves - received disposable examination gloves. Barbacide - received cold sterilant, the Trolley I bought came with a side shelve and drier holder. The side shelve keeps falling off, the drier doesn't even fit into the drier holder.

I tried to sort the matter but the attitude I received from the sales consultants were absolutely shocking . I am a mature woman age 48 and was spoken to as if I were a grade R student. I was getting highly irritated being treated in this manner, and above all this she tried to make me feel guilty for her mistake getting my order all wrong. This was a very bad and shocking experience. I wrote an email to express my concern, a manager phoned me and tried to resolve the matter on their terms they are willing to exchange the gloves and the clipper but have to wait a week for the driver to come to this area or I am welcome to drive 60km again to exchange the gloves and the clippers. I am absolutely stunned and lost for words I doubt if I will ever make any future purchases from Marica Products again. Leah Grundlingh ********** 443
