Excellent customer service

I recently had dealings with staff at Marica Salon Specialists. From the moment I contacted them via e-mail, their level of service and knowledge was fantastic. The sales person Amber had a great attitude and work ethic, and she knew her stuff. The management in the persona of Shevi showed that this was not just a business for profit - it was all about customer service, customer satisfaction, excellent communication. Their levels of stock of quite something, and even though I only had use for a few items, I will be going back to get more things. They are a credit to the industry and restore faith in customer service in South Africa.
