Bad service at Marianne Wine estate

I had my wedding at Marianne wine estate and got the worst service from Cisca... firstly Cisca wanted to push up the price of the venue after she took over from the old owner, yet I had already gotten a quote from the old owner and i had already paid for the venue. Cisca then suggested we had our reception on the grass at the manner house and that we should get a stretch tent. This quote was way more than getting an actually building, which was the floreal restaurant. After this she stopped answering calls, whatsapps and emails. I felt lost and didn't know what was happening with my own wedding... I tried going to the venue looking for her and she was nowhere to be found. Eventually I got hold of Jo, which then assisted us, helped with our menu, and answered all questions we had and was always available for us. Jo now no longer works there and a friend of mine had the exact same experience with Cisca when trying to hire the venue for a work function. She then decided to get a different venue as the quote she got from Cisca was double the price compared to the quote she got from Jo. Marianne wine estate is such a beautiful venu but the service is really bad... I would not recommend it because of the service from Cisca.
