Sub-Standard Shutter Delivery

We ordered window shutters from MarianneFCreations [Email Removed] Frances Lezar took the measurements She requested a dep of 50%. She did not give us detailed information, regarding alternative configurations of the product that were available We had to pay the balance of the quote before the installation, which we did The dealer used another installer to which the manufacturer requested. Our concertina folding doors to the patio have 5 panels but the shutters 6 panels. Bad design The shutters are installed to close to the doors and snag on the door handles when sliding open As a result, it needs repairing regularly The double bedroom doors open to each side, but a sliding concertina shutter was installed Its not what we wanted We requested split shutters in our lounge, which we did not get There's a big gap up to 8mm between the frame of the shutters and the wall, the retaining *****s are visible Some of the shutters have been installed upside-down The one closing mechanism works up, the other down, unacceptable The dealer installed 2 concertina shutters in stead of bypass shutters to windows 172cm wide, hanging from single hinges These shutters close with difficulty
