Unhelpful owner of Mariams N1 City

I ordered 3 double hot dogs via The Uber Eats app in December. Mariams then called to tell me that they do not have stock and I should cancel the order.

I was then charged R255 for goods which I did not receive.

I struggled for more than 2 weeks with Uber Eats who said that they cannot refund me.

Spoke to Mariams N1 City owner, asking if she could then just give me another 3 double hot dogs but she also refused.

So now R255 later, I did not receive my order and nobody wants to help!

So unfair because now I paid for goods which I did not receive
