Bad customer experience

Just ordered 2 toasted and chicken and mayo sandwiches through under eats from mariams N1 city in Goodwood. The mariams Goodwood on the uber app does not make provision for special dietary requirements and specifically notes that you need to call the restaurant with any special requests. Please note this that it does not make provision despite the branch staff insisting that there is such a provision. I called in a minute after placing my order to ask for one sandwich to have no mayo the counterhand, Shamaaz refused me to say she cant change my order. So asking for no mayo is apparently changing the order. I drove down to the store as I cannot have may, shanaaz unfortunately not able to help calls Catoline who tells me to contact the store manager. I tried calling this number several times, goes to voicemail, and through all.of this, standing outside the store calling around to have mayo removed off my sandwich. I desperately contact the Kromboom branch and spoke to Amina who says that they should have considered my special request if I called in immediately which I did, but she put someone called Abu om the phone who was going to help me but then didnt like that I was getting upset so refused to help me. So I'm sitting at home, wasted a uber order , airtime on useless phone calls, and petrol money to drive to the store all in a plow yo ask for ko mayo on my sandwich. Having grown up in Salt River eating Mariam Bibis famous steak and chicken sandwiches, grown up and went to school with the Mia brothers, and having frequented the fores**** branch when I worked in the CBD, the brother Shah was always polite n friendly to me to now experience this terrible experience at the youngest brothers store n8t even by him or his wife but by the people that employ to serve their customers in this horrible way. Very sad to think the family built such a great business then their staff come along and ruin their reputation.
