Extremely Bad Attitude of Owner

My recent experiences with Jenny has been extremely bad. She started off pleasant but this soon changed into a nightmare. She has a very condescending and dismissive tone in her communication with me. As a parent paying for my child's education I do not expect to be treated as If I am one of her kids. I was violently ill and could not attend a meeting with her and was belittled for not contacting her in time to cancel, which I actually did when I woke up after taking a bunch of meds. No attempt to call me was made on her side and I was blamed for ruining her plans. I was also informed that I must only contact her directly when absolutely necessary after mistakenly replying to all in an email from her. To top it all off my son has not even started at this school yet!
