Unprofessional behaviour Maria Munnik

I received an invoice for services rendered by Maria Munnik at Wilgers hospital. The beneficiary code was wrong and I wanted to rectify the code that they made a mistake with. Firstly her telephone number is wrong to contact her. After several calls to Wilgers hospital I found the right number and called her. The most rudest person that I ever talked to. No telephone skills at all. I introduced myself and asked who is speaking. On a rude and hard voice she asked to whom I want to speak to. I said mrs Munnik and that I want them to rectify the beneficiary code and resend it to the medical aid. Wow wow wow. In the rudest ever manner she said that she cannot talk to.me and put the phone down. Shame on you and you call yourself a medical professional!!!!!!! Now you can wait for your money or maybe get nothing from.me. I need you to ask for forgiveness for your rude and unprofessional behaviour
