paid for goods not received

Mari is very keen to assist one till she needs to deliver. We paid her for our wedding photos that does not come cheap and 8 months later still waiting for our prints and book. After numerous phone calls, email still no feedback. Her number has changed her business name has changed and she just couldn't't be bothered about delivering a product that was paid for. She was full of promises ect and now she is ignoring any attempt to get hold of her. I would not recommends her service at all and will take this further with lawyers if need be as what she is doing is against the law to withhold something that was paid for in full. She has done this to numerous people if one looks at her track record of complaints. And I don't think it is unreasonable to want ones things you paid for.
